Still waiting on refund

Still awaiting my refund from your pathetic excuse of a company.. I was informed my refund would be in my account tried contacting you via the phone number on Web site and got zero answer... I expect a respond via email or I will be taking this further.. Order number is 29252 Expect a reply by end of working day today, or this will be getting took to trading standards as this is rediculious service...
